Race Helmet Airbrush

At Pitlane Art, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.

A custom race helmet is something personal that you want to be seen with on the circuit and increasingly online as well.

A personalized helmet can also be interesting for your sponsors, helping them stand out even more.

How we work

Together with you as the customer, we discuss all your wishes: the style, color choices, glitter or chrome elements, painted spoilers and air intakes, the choice of a gloss, matte, or combined clear coat finish, and any logos you may want.

Based on this description, a digital design is created. Once the design fully meets your expectations, we can schedule an appointment for when the helmet can be brought in.

When you deliver the helmet, we go through everything once more and review the selected colors together.

During the painting process, I remain in continuous contact and photos are sent at every stage. This allows for small adjustments along the way until the perfect helmet is created.

When airbrushing, the goal is to paint every detail by hand and avoid using stickers.

To achieve the desired result, many working hours are required, including preparation, degreasing, sanding, painting, and reassembly. To carry out all these steps properly, a timeframe of approximately 2 to 3 weeks is needed.

Safety

A helmet’s ultimate purpose is always safety.

To ensure this, we work exclusively on professional racing helmets, including brands such as Arai, Bell, Stilo, and Zamp.

All racing helmets are airbrushed only with paints specifically intended for this purpose and in full compliance with the strict FIA and KNAF regulations.

Cost en pricing

We currently offer this form of art at an all-in price of €650 excluding VAT, regardless of the design, number of colors, or number of logos. The helmet design is included in this price.

A matching helmet spoiler can be supplied unpainted for €70. If you would like the spoiler to be painted as part of the helmet design, a small additional charge of €50 applies for the painting work.
